Terms & Condition

The following terms, as used in these Company Regulations, Statutes, Business Ethics, Policies and Procedures, have the following meanings:

1. Company means SUPER UNIQUE, which is also known as SUPER UNIQUE PRIVATE LTD.
   
2. MEMBER (Membership Account Owner) means a Person/Individual who has received the approval from the Company to become a MEMBER.


3. Up line means a MEMBER who sponsors another MEMBER.
   
4. Down line means a MEMBER who is directly sponsored by another MEMBER.


5. Customer means end user of Company's products whose purpose of buying is for self-use.


6. Sponsor means a MEMBER who introduces NEW SUPER business to another person who in time will be approved to become a MEMBER.


7. (MEMBER Account Owner Commission Program) or Marketing Plan means commission, bonus and other profit calculation system and the career Leader/position that will be achieved by a MEMBER in his/her business development.


8. Product means all products/goods that are sold by the Company through its Members.


9. Leadership Recognition Program means Achieved by MEMBER which offered by company for LRP Reward.


10. Network means all of the Members that belong to the same group of a MEMBER.


11. MEMBER Card means an ID card given by the Company to a MEMBER as a proof in dealing with the Company, other Members, and Customers. MEMBER card lasts for 4 (year) and will be automatically renewed if the MEMBER has enough funds in his/her account statement.


12. Reward Voucher, that is a Reward Program given by the Company to a MEMBER.


13. Business Account (BA), that is a business name for membership within the network.


14. Virtual Office means an online tool for Members to fully monitor and handle their business account, genealogy, commission received, update personal profile, personal Dan group sales activity, announcement board, reports from SUPER UNIQUE, etc.


15. Stockiest means a place or an outlet authorized by the Company where MEMBER could buy products and/or get the commission, bonus and handle Membership administration, and information about the Company.


16. Price Value means the value of each product that will be used as a basis of MEMBER commission calculation.


17. E-wallet means electronic financial transaction statements in a NEW SUPER business whose data is kept in the account statement of Member's Account Manager Virtual Office.


18. MEMBER Application form means the form that must be filled out by a prospective MEMBER before he/she is fully admitted as a MEMBER.


19. Leadership Recognition Pin means a pin given to a MEMBER as a token of company's appreciation because the MEMBER has achieved a particular position according to Company's policy.


20. Employee means the Company's employee and is not a MEMBER and has no right to own a business centre as a BA owner.


21. In-active means the status of a particular MEMBER whose Membership is temporarily deactivated during the investigation process conducted by the Company and/or the police due to reports of violation of the Company's regulations and laws and/or that of the government.


22. Terminated means the status of a particular MEMBER whose membership is permanently terminated because he/she is proven to have violated the Company's regulations and laws and/or that the government.
